Sedra Academy ("we") provides online Quran memorization classes. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

When you use the enrollment form, the details you enter (such as name, phone number, email, the student's age and your preferences) are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send that message.

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

When you press "Send on WhatsApp", WhatsApp opens with your message filled in, so those details pass through WhatsApp (a Meta service) under its own privacy policy.

We use your information only to respond to you, arrange and run your classes, and keep you updated about your or your child's progress. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.

This website stores a single cookie to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Messages are delivered through WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Our website host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Enrollment for students under 18 should be completed by a parent or guardian, who is our point of contact for the student.
